Health and Safety in Small Enterprises -
The Keys to Success: Examples of Good Practice

Key.jpgSuccessful and productive companies around the world also look after the health and safety of their workers and follow certain principles of good practice regarding the prevention of occupational risks. Regardless of the type of work or the culture of a country these principles are universal "keys to success". These keys to success are based on the practical experiences and observations of prevention experts from different countries. The keys are intended to become part of a working program for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) which the ISSA Special Commission on Prevention has started. We would like to underlay these keys to success with good practice examples.

Prevention services and occupational risks insurers from different countries organize a competition addressed to small and medium-sized enterprises. We are looking for enterprises which can testify the advantages and benefits of improving health and safety at work and are willing to communicate their experiences. The objective of the competition is to collect and make available a number of good practice examples as large as possibly.
For details see: conditions of the competition and application form.
